PURPOSE: A prefabricated type palette for freight loading is provided to enable replacement only a part in which damage occurs in case of damage of a part of palette because the palette is assembled by insertion engagement or plate bolt of a pallet upper plate and a pallet lower plate without welding. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated type palette for freight loading includes a palette upper plate(100) and a palette lower plate(200). The palette upper plate in which freight is loaded and the palette lower plate supported by a bottom surface is assembled through insertion engagement. A lower corner cap(210) having a plurality of engagement protrusions formed is formed in a corner part and a first and second lower middle caps(220,260) having a plurality of engagement protrusions formed are formed in a middle part. An upper end corner cap(110) is installed in a corner part of the palette upper plate. An upper corner cap includes an insertion hole with opened lower part in which the body of the lower corner cap can be inserted inside. A plurality of engagement holes are formed in a side of the body in which the engagement protrusions of the lower corner cap is inserted is formed in the upper corner cap. |
