<p>PURPOSE: An organic-inorganic mixed polymer of a quantum well structure is provided to improve physical flexibility and electric stability and to simplify the manufacturing process thereof. CONSTITUTION: An organic-inorganic mixed polymer has a quantum well structure and is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, each of A1, A2, and A3 is CR2, CR3, CR4, or N; R1, R2, R3, and R4 is hydrogen, aryl, alkyl, cycloalkyl, or heteroaryl or can form a fused ring by coupling with a neighboring substituent of R1, R2, R3, and R4 by C3-C7 alkylene or C3-C7 alkenylene; n is a natural number of 2-100. A siloxane-based polymer is poly(tetraphenylsilole)siloxane represented by chemical formula 2. In chemical formula 2, n is a natural number of 2-100.</p> |
