PURPOSE: A feed additive containing P5 peptide for replacing antibiotics, and a producing method thereof are provided to use the feed additive for weaned piglets or meat chicken. CONSTITUTION: A feed additive containing P5 peptide for replacing antibiotics contains 0.30-0.50 parts of antimicrobial P5 peptide by weight, 3,300-3,500 kcal/kg of energy, 21.0-23.0 parts of crude protein by weight, and 1.0-1.6 parts of lysine by weight. The feed additive is for feed of weaned piglets. 0.30-0.50 parts of feed additive by weight is mixed with the total amount of feed.
