PURPOSE: A spectrometer used for diagnosing plasma of a KSTARA device is provided to quickly diagnose an electromagnetic wave in real time by using a photodiode array. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic wave from plasma is inputted to a slit. A first mirror changes electromagnetic waves from the slit into parallel light. A diffraction unit(130) distributes the parallel light reflected by the first mirror according to each wavelength. A second mirror(140) reflects the parallel light distributed according to each wavelength. A detecting unit(150) generates a detection signal corresponding to the received parallel light. |
