PURPOSE: A shock absorbing apparatus for a ship and a docking method using the same are provided to effectively absorb shock by controlling air flow, and to effectively absorb secondary shock due to repulsive power after collision. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing apparatus for a ship comprises a second hollow part(144), a third hollow part(151), a partition plate, and a protective pad. The second hollow part is filled with air and has an air injection port of the second hollow part for injecting the air. The third hollow part is arranged inside the second hollow part and is filled with the air. The partition plate is installed between the second hollow part and the third hollow part. In the protective pad, the partition plate is coupled and the end of the second hollow part is coupled in the outside of the partition plate. |
