PURPOSE: A device for treating dust of main iron is provided to appropriately process dust which is generated in the main iron and to reduce danger of safety accident by obtaining view of worker. CONSTITUTION: A device for treating dust of main iron comprises a cover membrane(10) which blocks the dust by covering the upper part of the main iron when necessary, a roller part(20) which is installed in one side of the main iron, and an air spraying part(30) which removes residue refractory material in the main iron by being positioned at the main iron which covered with the cover membrane. The cover membrane is rolled and is stored in the roller part. The roller part is installed to the width direction of the main iron. The cover membrane comprises a rotation bar which is connected to the front side of the cover membrane and the cover membrane is rolled, a supporting member which rotatably supports both sides of the rotation bar, and a coil spring which gives rotatory power to the rotation bar by being installed between the rotation bar and the supporting member. The air spraying part comprises a bogie(32) which moves according to the main iron by installing a driving roll in the lower part, a driving part in order to drive the driving roll which is installed in the bogie, an air pipe which is installed in the bogie and sprays air for removing the residue refractory material to the bogie, and an air nozzle which is installed in the air pipe. |
