POLYCHROMATOR CAPABLE OF MEASURING BREMSSTRAHLUNG WAVELENGTH

PURPOSE: A polychromator capable of measuring bremsstrahlung wavelengths is provided to measure Tomson scattering wavelengths and bremsstrahlung wavelengths with a single device simultaneously at the same location. CONSTITUTION: A polychromator(100) comprises a plurality of band-pass filters, a plurality of collimation lens sets(101a-101f), and a plurality of light detectors(102a-102e). The band-pass filters sorts input lights per wavelength bands. The collimation lens sets transmit lights received from the band-pass filters, respectively. The light detectors correspond to the band-pass filters. One of the band-pass filters sorts the bremsstrahlung wavelengths, and the rest of the band-pass filters sorts the Tomson scattering wavelengths.
