摘要 PURPOSE: A near field absorption measuring system using a wideband-supercontinuum spectrum and a measuring method thereof are provided to detect physical or chemical characteristics of a sample by emitting the wideband-supercontinuum spectrum to the sample. CONSTITUTION: A femtosecond mode-locked laser(110) uses a light source unit for generating a super continuum spectrum. An optical fiber(121) generates a wideband-super continuum spectrum. A part probe(125) emits a microwideband-superconinuum spectrum to a sample by converting the wideband-supercontinuum spectrum into the microwideband-superconinuum spectrum a tuning fork(130) combines with the part probe. A mobile stage(140) moves to an x-y-z direction, and the sample is arranged on the mobile stage. A spectrum detecting unit(170) detects a spectrum which passes through the sample at a lower part of the mobile stage.
