COKE DRY QUENCHING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A dry type coke quenching equipment is provided to use a manual or an automatic angle control device to control the rake angle of a feeder, thereby feeding a predetermined amount of cokes. CONSTITUTION: A dry type coke quenching equipment includes a chamber lower part(20), a feeder(30), a vibrator(40), a feeder spring(50), a vibrator spring(60) and an angle control device. The chamber lower part provides the path for the cokes to pass through the cooling chamber of a chamber quenching the cokes in a dry mode to be fed to the lower part. The feeder is installed on an incline on one side of the lower end of the chamber lower part for the cokes to pass through the chamber lower part to be settled and then fed. The vibrator vibrates the feeder to control the amount of cokes fed. The feeder spring supports the feeder. The vibrator spring controls the height of the vibrator. The angle control device controls the height of the vibrator spring to adjust the inclination angle of the feeder.
