PURPOSE: AN LDO(Low DropOut voltage regulator) power device including an overcurrent limiting device is provided to limit output currents. CONSTITUTION: An output voltage feedback unit gives feedback on output voltages. An error amplification unit amplifies a value corresponding to a difference between the feedback voltage and a reference voltage. A pass transistor(101) is connected between an input end and an output end and receives the output value of the error amplification unit through a gate. An output current sensing unit senses output currents. When the output currents are more than a predetermined value, an output current limiting unit applies a predetermined voltage between the input end and a gate of a pass transistor.
