PURPOSE: A device for coupling a hose is provided to obtain aesthetic surface by covering the coupling area of a female coupling hole and a male coupling hole and to prevent the release of a coupling state due to an external force. CONSTITUTION: A device for coupling a hose comprises a male coupling hole(200), a female coupling hole(100), a spring, and a watertight packing, and a hollow cover member(300). The male coupling hole is coupled with one end of the hose on one side and comprises a plurality of protrusions(210) in the outer circumference of the other side. The female coupling hole is coupled with one end of the hose on one side and comprises a latching groove(110) on the other side and a male screw unit(140) in the outer circumference. The spring is installed on the inner side of the female coupling hole and elastically supports the end of the male coupling hole. The watertight packing is installed on the inner side of the male coupling hole and the female coupling hole. The hollow cover member covers the coupling area of the protrusion and coupling area.
