ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM OF SHIP BY USING WASTE HEAT

PURPOSE: An energy saving device using the waste heat of a ship is provided to produce electric energy using the medium and low-temperature waste heat thrown away from the ship, thereby effectively recycling the medium and low-temperature waste heat of engine cooling water. CONSTITUTION: An energy saving device using the waste heat of a ship comprises a cooling water circulating system(100), a medium and low temperature waste heat recovery device(300), a cooling water circulating system(200) for an electric heater, and a dumping condenser unit(400). The cooling water circulating system comprises a main passage(120) for cooling an engine(110). The medium and low temperature waste heat recovery device is operated by an organic refrigerant having a lower boiling point than water. The cooling water circulating system for the electric heater transfers heat source provided from the cooling water circulating system to the medium and low temperature waste heat recovery device. The dumping condenser unit heat-exchanges the heat source provided from the cooling water circulating system and dumping steam transferred from a steam system of the ship so that the temperature of the heat source can be increased, thereby condensing the heat-exchanged dumping steam.
