PURPOSE: A metallic material bending device and a flange manufacturing thereof are provided to use three vertical machining shafts and two horizontal shafts to bend a metallic material, thereby bending the metallic material to have various curvatures. CONSTITUTION: A metallic material bending device includes a first vertical machining shaft(110), a second vertical shaft(120), a third vertical shaft(130), a first horizontal machining shaft(140) and a second horizontal machining shaft(150). The first, the second and the third vertical machining shaft are rotatable and movable vertically and horizontally. The second vertical machining shaft is positioned on the horizontal extension line of the first vertical machining shaft. The third vertical machining shaft is positioned on the horizontal extension line of the first vertical machining shaft and the second vertical machining shaft. The first and the second horizontal machining shaft are rotatable and movable vertically and horizontally. The second horizontal machining shaft is positioned on the horizontal extension line of the first horizontal machining shaft. The first, the second and the third vertical machining shaft, and the first and second horizontal machining shaft are respectively positioned on the opposite side of an inserted metallic material(160). |
