PURPOSE: A photovoltaic system and a streetlamp including the same are provided to optimize the position of a solar cell module in order to reduce resistance in strong wind, and to save the maintenance costs. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell module(11) is installed in a frame(10). A frame is fixed to a support unit(20) with a height. A sensor detects a wind speed and direction around the solar cell module. A control unit generates a control signal when the wind speed exceeds a threshold value. A driver unit adjusts the direction and the angle of the frame depending on the control signal. |
