摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of salad is provided to be balanced with yin and yang of the body and to evenly increase the functions of five viscera and six internal organs according to the principles of five elements with harmonized taste to maintain health by providing a salad which is harmonized according to yin and yang, five elements, and five colors. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of salad comprises a step of classifying salad materials such as vegetable or fruits, seaweed and nuts into a hot group, a warm group, an average group, a cool group, and a cold group according to yin and yang energy; a step of selecting salad materials with at least one salad material from each group; and a step of setting the salad materials selected from the previous step in a container. In the salad setting step, salad materials belonging to the hot and cold groups are set at the same weight%, and salad materials belonging to the warm and cool groups are set at the same weight% in the container. In the salad materials classification step, salad materials classified into the hot, warm, average, cool and cold groups are further classified into a sour group with a sour taste, a bitter group with a bitter taste, a sweet group with a sweet taste, a spicy group with a spicy taste, and a salty group with a salty taste according to taste. In the salad materials selection step, at least one salad material is selected from each group classified according to yin and yang energy. The salad materials are selected so that the selected materials belong to each group classified according to taste.
