PURPOSE: A mask cleaning apparatus is provided to increase the cleaning power by spraying a cleaning solution with a high-pressure on the entire metal mask. CONSTITUTION: A mask cleaning apparatus comprises a mask stand(11), a bearing unit(13), a rotating cylinder(15), an ultrasonic oscillator(17), a first nozzle tool(19) and a second nozzle tool(21). The front and rear surfaces of the mask stand are open. The mask stand is mounted with a metal mask or a mesh mask. The bearing unit supports the lower part of the mask stand with a bearing. The rotating cylinder moves the top of the mask stand to forward and backward. The ultrasonic oscillator vibrates the metal mask or the mesh mask. The first nozzle tool is positioned in front and rear of the upper end of the mask stand. In the second nozzle tool moves to left and right on the rear surface of the mask stand, and sprays a cleaning solution on the metal mask or the mesh mask. |
