A light emitting diode light source unit, a backlight unit and a liquid crystal display having the same are provided to minimize a difference in temperatures of light emitting diodes by radiating heat of a light emitting diode light source unit uniformly through a heating radiating pad having unit regions different in areas in accordance with a difference of temperatures generated at light emitting diodes, thereby maintaining the uniformity of brightness. A light emitting diode light source unit(400) includes a light emitting diode group consisting of light emitting diodes(410), a printed circuit board(430) having light emitting diode groups, and a heat radiating pad(450) where the printed circuit board is mounted. The heat radiating pad consists of unit regions where the light emitting diode groups are arranged, wherein areas of the partial unit regions are different from each other. |
