PURPOSE: A device for mixing and separating the egg yolk from the white is provided to improve workability by mixing or separating the egg yolk from the white by controlling a reciprocating rod. CONSTITUTION: A device for mixing and separating the egg yolk from the white comprises a housing(11) and a reciprocating rod(18). The housing includes an opening hole(12) for injecting the liquid-egg. A plurality of penetration holes(13) is formed on a bottom surface(11a) of an opposite side of the opening hole. The reciprocating rod advances and retreats inside the housing. The reciprocating rod comprises a piston part(18a) and a handle part(18).
