PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of roast mixed grains powder is provided to manufacture roast mixed grains powder having a soft texture without a prickly texture by mixing defatted rice bran with the roast mixed grains powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of roast mixed grains powder comprises a screening step for removing foreign substances from raw materials of 30% of barley, 30% of glutinous rice, 30% of soy, and 10% of sprouting five color rice; a step of roasting grains in a closed roaster; a step of pulverizing roast grains; and a step of mixing defatted rice bran (freeze-dried defatted rice bran) defatted with a supercritical extraction method at a ratio of 10% of the total weight.
