PURPOSE: A portable electronic device is provided to implement a stable grip feeling through a second body even though a screen of a first body is turned on. CONSTITUTION: A first body(110) includes a display unit. A second body(120) includes a circuit substrate which operates the display unit. The second body is combined with a rear side of the first body. The rear side of the first body is divided into a first area and a second area. The first area is formed along an edge of the first body. The second area is limited by the first area.
