PURPOSE: A power transmission system of an offshore wind block and a method thereof are provided to stably transmit power with reducing maintenance costs by transmitting power generated from an offshore area to a ground area. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission system of an offshore wind block includes an offshore substation(200), a power transmission ship(300), and a ground substation(400). The offshore substation is located in the offshore wind block in order to store power generated by one or more wind turbines in one or more first energy storage units. The power transmission ship transmits the power stored in the first energy storage unit to a ground area. The ground substation supplies the power supplied from the power transmission ship.
