PURPOSE: A coating composition and a film using thereof are provided to secure the excellent antistatic property by including a silicon functional group, and to easily produce the film using an in-line coating method. CONSTITUTION: A coating composition contains the following: 0.5~3wt% of polyurethane-based binder resin including 2~40wt% of silicone-based functional group; 0.2~1.5wt% of conductive polymer; and water. The silicone-based functional group is reactive silicon selected from the group consisting of compounds marked with chemical formula 1, and chemical formula 2. In the chemical formulas, R refers to C1~C20 alkyl group. N is a real number of 1~200. |
