PURPOSE: A crystalline resin, a microcrystalline wax, an electrophotographic toner, image developer, an image-forming apparatus, and a process cartridge are provided to prevent the degradation of fixedness. CONSTITUTION: An electrophotographic toner contains a coloring agent, binding resin, and releasing agent. The binding resin contains a crystalline resin contains a crystalline resin with one of urethane skeleton or urea skeleton. The releasing agent is microcrystalline wax. The crystalline resin contains a polyurethane resin which is obtained by elongating the polyester resin by divalent or more isocyanate compound and/or crosslinking the polyester resin.
