An inflatable craft (1), particularly a dinghy, a tender, or the like, comprises a floating side structure (3) which is at least partially pneumatically inflatable. This floating side structure (3) comprises at least one housing seat (7) that can be accessed therein through one or more access openings (8; 8', 8") which are provided in the side floating structure (3).
