PURPOSE: A simultaneous concrete placing construction method for a separable downward evacuation unit is provided to minimize the damage rate of the unit, prevent a problem such that the unit is to be replaced with a new product in completion, and reduce cost for maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A simultaneous concrete placing construction method for a separable downward evacuation unit includes: a step of arranging reinforcing bars(D) at the upper side of an installed horizontal formwork(C), mounting a main frame case(111) on the horizontal formwork, and then strengthening the main frame case; a step of installing the anchor vane(A) of the main frame case, and then fixing the horizontal formwork and a fixing vane(130) equipped at the lower end side of the main frame case; a step of placing and curing concrete in a position in which the reinforcing bars are arranged around the main frame case; a step of waterproofing and plastering with tiles, and then finishing by installing an upper rectangular body(111a) and an upper cover(112); and a step of disassembling the horizontal formwork, flattening a ceiling surface, and then finishing with a lower rectangular body(114a) and a lower cover(114).
