PURPOSE: A system for providing an additional image corresponding to participation of a program and a method thereof are provided to supply a feedback service of the additional image to a user who participates in the program, thereby increasing user satisfaction. CONSTITUTION: A broadcast content database(211) stores and maintains broadcast content. An additional broadcast clip database(212) stores and maintains an additional image clip related to the broadcast content. A broadcast service module(214) transmits the broadcast content a user terminal(220). When a user participates in an event related to the broadcast content, the broadcast service module transmits the additional image clip to the user terminal.
