A fermentation vessel for a fermenter is provided, which allows more efficient fermentation of food, reduces the time required for food fermentation and power consumption required therefore. The fermentation vessel(30) for a fermenter comprises: a body(31) with a predetermined mounting space(31a) inside; an internal vessel(34) removably installed in a storage space(34a) and having the storage space for food inside; at least one protrusion part(35) protruded inside the storage space and formed with a plurality of through-holes(38); and a lid(39) selectively opening and closing the mounting space in a state that the internal vessel is mounted in the mounting space. The vessel body and internal vessel are each opened at the top; and a plurality of support legs(36) are formed at the lower surface of the internal vessel. |
