PURPOSE: A screen base is provided to easily adjust installation angle through a rotatably coupled body and a set screw, thereby neatly organizing the exterior of the screen base. CONSTITUTION: A screen base(10) includes a body(11), a pair of extension parts(12), and a set screw. The body is hollow and cylindrical, and is rotatably coupled along the outer circumferential surface of a vertical bar. Bushings(14) are fit into the hollow portion of the body. The front end of the set screw closely supports the outer circumferential surface of the bushing through a through hole on the body. The pair of extension parts are formed on the body outside the vertical bar. The extension parts are separated from each other at an angle of 90°or 180°. A distance between the vertical bar and the bushing is adjusted by tightening or loosening the set screw in order to adjust a rotational friction force.
