PURPOSE: A spacer for laminoplasty and implant for laminoplasty are provided to form a vertebral canal which is widely expanded by being fixed by the spacer with a hinge coupling unit. CONSTITUTION: A spacer for laminoplasty comprises a first fixing unit(101), a spacer unit(204), a hinge coupling unit(203), and a second fixing unit(205). The first fixing unit is fixed to the first cut side of an arcus vertebrae and has one coupling hole(202). A hinge coupling unit hinge-couples the first fixing unit and the spacer unit to each other. The second fixing unit is extended from the spacer unit, is fixed to the second cut side of the arcus vertebrae, and has one or more coupling holes(206).
