PURPOSE: A hot pack with a fixing unit is provided to increase the effect of hot pack by preventing the separation of a hot pack from the human body. CONSTITUTION: A hot pack with a fixing unit comprises a front and back outer cover(10,11). The hot pack has a water or jelly component(14) and is sealed by a high frequency sealing unit. The hot pack(1) has a fixing plate(20) which consists of a thin metal plate to maintain the shape thereof and an inner skin(30) which attaches the inner side of the outer container to a fixing plate.
