The umbrella has an inflatable structure including a foot (1) and sleeves (17), where the sleeves allow the inflatable structure to receive a maximum air pressure, to give a high rigidity to the structure, without causing bursting of the structure. An inflating valve (4) is provided for inflating the structure, and a deflating valve (9) is provided for emptying the air in the structure. Each sleeve is connected to the foot at a junction point, where en end of each sleeve is provided with an access system for accessing the structure.
