摘要 The invention relates to testing facilities intended for heavy duty vehicles power transmission, in particular, to running-in and load testing of transmission gears, mainly hydraulic power transmissions (HPT) aimed at enhancing the positioning accuracy of the units under test. Supports (5) for transmission gear mounting are arranged on a main frame (1) on adjustable transverse guides (4) made in the form of a bearing frame (26) with a bracket (27) on a lead bar (28) and withstand the load via a thrust bearing with a spherical base ring (30) transmitting only axial component of the load to the support (5) thus excluding the occurrence of parasitic moments of forces. The connection of an actuating motor (9) with the HPT's input shaft (13) is controlled by an optical position detector of an protective case made as an integral unit. A block of parameter measuring sensors is fitted in a casing (25). The sensors are connected by hoses with the transmission access holes thus ruling out the influence of hydrodynamic impacts of service liquid on the sensors' sensitive elements. A loading device comprises an ignition (brake) electric motor (32) mounted on guides (35, 36, 37) to enable spatial movement and provided with an optical control device to monitor the mounting position of the ignition electric motor shaft (38), e.g. a laser line indicator by means of which the alignment of the ignition electric motor output shaft axis (33) is determined parallel to the laser beam and as the laser beam is matched with the HPT's output shaft flange arranged on a protective screen (7) and mounted on a transverse guide (4) with supports (5), the shafts are connected by a kinematic link and ready for a full scale running-in and testing.
