PURPOSE: A tire repair device containing tire cement is provided to facilitate to use with a simple structure and operate when being upside down. CONSTITUTION: A tire repair device containing tire cement comprises a bottle body(10), a bottle cap(20), a fluid delivering tube(30), and a connector(40). A guide tube which is equipped in the bottle cap comprises a first tube section and a second tube section. The first tube section is internally equipped with a stepped unit and a rubber cap. The position of the rubber cap is changed and cement is injected or blocked according to the pressure change inside the bottle body.
