<p>The invention relates to a complex mechatronic device for laboratory testing and research concerning processes of conversion, storage and use of hydrostatic energy, for testing and/or performing research in the field of processes of one-to-one conversion of mechanical and hydraulic energy and of processes of storing and recycling the hydrostatic energy in hydraulic control and drive systems. According to the invention, the device consists of three subsystems integrated within a complex device having three different functions, namely: a first subsystem for the conversion of mechanical energy into hydrostatic energy, comprising an electric motor (1) as a primary mechanical energy source and a hydrostatic pump (4) of variable capacity/displacement; a second subsystem comprising a hydro-pneumatic accumulator (14) and corresponding security device (15) for storing the hydrostatic energy obtained through the conversion achieved by the first system, as well as a third subsystem comprising a hydrostatic motor (18) of variable capacity/displacement and a hydrostatic unit (29) of constant capacity, for the conversion of hydrostatic energy into mechanical energy.</p> |
