PURPOSE: A heat storage heater of vinyl house is provided to increase the indoor temperature of vinyl house using heat energy restored in heat storage tank in night time after restoring heat energy in heat storage tank in day time. CONSTITUTION: A heat storage heater of vinyl house comprises a heat exchanger(120); a heat storage tank(130) which stores heat energy included in the air passing through heat exchanger; a first blower(110) conveying air within vinyl house to heat exchanger; a second blower(140) conveying heat included in heat storage tank to the inside of vinyl house; and an electric heater(150) which supplies heat energy to heat storage tank using subsidize energy source. A heat exchanger comprises at least one from phase change heat storage medium and water. The ration of a phase change heat storage medium and water is 1:6 based on weight. In heat storage tank, ethylene glycol 5-20 weight%, nano carbon 0.5-10 weight% and phosphate 1-10 weight% are more included per water 60-93.5 weight%. Water is 3,000kg per phase change heat storage medium 500kg. A phase change heat storage medium is one among a storage medium raise phase change at a room temperature, a storage medium raise phase change at a high temperature, organic phase change heat storage medium, and inorganic based phase change heat storage medium. A heat storage medium is installed in half-underground. A first blower is arranged at the top of vinyl house, a second blower is arranged at the lower part of vinyl house.
