PURPOSE: A device for measuring granularity of a size lump is provided to obtain continuous and objective quality data of a size lump by automatically measuring granularity of the size lump being transferred to a belt conveyor using a camera without a manual sample collection. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring granularity of a size lump comprises a camera unit(110), an optical converter(120), a controller(130), and an illuminator(140). The camera unit is mounted through a separated supporting structure being installed on the ground and photographs a size lump in the top of a belt conveyor. The optical converter is connected to a camera unit, thereby converting image signals photographed by the camera unit into image data. The controller receives the image data transmitted from the optical converter, thereby calculating a standard data of the size lump by comparing with a preset data value. The illuminator is controlled by the controller and emits light to the size lump in both sides of the top of the belt conveyor by having the camera in the middle. |
