SOLID ELECTROLYTE CAPACITOR

PURPOSE: A solid electrolytic capacitor is provided to include a chip sintering product which is formed by sintering a molding product, thereby has a high capacity and an excellent ESR(Equivalent Series Resistance) property. CONSTITUTION: A solid electrolytic capacitor comprises a chip sintering product, and an anode outgoing line. The chip sintering product is formed by sintering a molding product including a metal powder(1), a solvent solubility binder and a solvent unavailable binder(3). The anode outgoing line has an inserting region located inside the chip sintering product and a non-inserting region located outside the chip sintering product. A particle size of the solvent unavailable binder is 1Mm to 10Mm.
