PURPOSE: A charge-voltage conversion device of an X-ray flat panel detector is provided to differentiate points which terminate a sample and hold for signals which are transmitted from each column of an image detection unit, thereby preventing striped pattern noise of a row direction. CONSTITUTION: An amplification unit(110) integrally amplifies signals transmitted from each column of an image detection unit. A filter unit(120) removes a high frequency component of the amplified signals. A sample hold unit(130) performs a sample and hold for the signals passing the filter unit. A sample hold control unit(140) controls on or off states of a plurality of sample switches. A multiplexer unit(150) successively selects signals which are stored in a plurality of hold capacitors.
