The fastener has a head (104) and a base (105) intended to be turned on a side of a handle and a rigid element, respectively. A spacer is provided between the handle and the rigid element integral with a door opening to resist movement of the handle towards the interior of a passenger compartment in case of deformation of a door. The base is equipped with a support flange (106) projecting towards outside, and an actuating member in a hexagonal form arranged on a surface of the base intended to face the rigid element.
