The windmill (1) has a supporting structure (3) provided with a set of sides (15, 16). Two main rollers (4, 5) are vertically guided on a horizontal asymmetrical blade (2). Two incidence rollers (6, 7) are fixed on the blade. A set of bearings (8, 9) is respectively fixed on the sides. Two cams (10, 11) are arranged for the two incidence rollers. A power transmission belt (12) mechanically connects one of the main rollers and an alternator (13). A coupling shaft (25) is arranged between two pulleys (20, 23) of the transmission belt and another transmission belt (22).
