PURPOSE: A method for adaption of pressure used for upshift and downshift of T-T mode in hybrid vehicle is provided to improve shifting feeling and to overcome the deviation of a planet gear set and solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION: A method for adaption of pressure used for upshift and downshift of T-Tmode in hybrid vehicles comprises a step of monitoring an engine rate and gradient in a shifting preparation region; a step of comparing current engine rate and engine-decelerating value with a first critical value and second critical value; and a step of correcting the oil pressure of a current coupling when the current engine rate is lower than the first critical value or the engine-decelerating value is over a second critical value.
