<p>The invention relates to a system for sealing insulating glazing elements, with the cavities filled with air or inert gas, used in construction field for increasing the mechanical resistance of the insulated windows while providing a good sealing. According to the invention, the system comprises a bicomponent bar for a spacer, with rectangular section, which has a main component (4) made of polyethylene, framed within a "U"-profiled cover (2), made of stainless-steel wherein there are located an interior sealing material (3), an exterior sealing material (7) which is mounted on the edge of the glazing, there determining the edge of a glazing (1) with two faces made of glass and a dehydrating agent (6), communicating with the cavity of the glazing (1) through some diffusion orifices (5), the component elements forming a common body with adherence to the edge of the faces of the glass glazing (1), which are not modified in time, to obtain a heat transfer coefficient of 0.8...1.1 W/mK, a medium humidity penetration index of 0.15...0.18, an escaped gas flow of 0.5...0.6%/year and a high resistance to vibrations and pressure.</p> |
