PURPOSE: Oxynitride phosphor is provided to control a peak luminance based on the concentration of Eu, be less changeable at high temperature and moisture, and to have high usability due to a broad wavelength area. CONSTITUTION: Oxynitride phosphor comprises a crystal which is represented by a formula: Mg_(3-x-y)Sr_xSiO_6N_4 : Eu_y, where 0.1<=x<=1.5, and 1.5<=y<=2.9. The peak luminance of the oxynitride phosphor is 450-500 nm, and the peak changes based on the concentration of Eu. A light emitting device package comprises: a body member with a cavity, a part for emitting light on the cavity, and a resin layer for filling the cavity. The resin layer comprises fluorescent materials. |
