PURPOSE: A heat pump, an air conditioner including the same, and a hot water heating system are provided to replace or supplement a heat storing boiler by equipping a heat pump in order to provide warm water or a heating operation. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump(200) comprises a power unit, an electric power information receiving unit, a sensing unit, and a control unit. The power unit is connected to an outside power supply device in order to supply power. The electric power information receiving unit receives electric power information through the outside power supply device. The sensing unit generates a sensing signal by sensing a midnight power on the basis of the electric power information.
