PURPOSE: A traffic flow analyzing system based on a vehicle message is provided to analyze a traffic flow in a specific lane by using the speed information of a vehicle included in a packet which is periodically transmitted from the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle(10) includes a vehicle information collecting module(11), a communication module(12), and a display module(13). The vehicle information collecting module collects information about a speed, an acceleration or a current position of a vehicle. A traffic flow analyzing system(20) includes a database(21), an operation module(22), and a communication module(23). An operation module outputs periodically updated traffic flow data by periodically analyzing the traffic flow and transmits the traffic flow data to the vehicle.
