The device has a bulge (5) that is arranged outside of a neck (6) of a 20 cl glass bottle (4), and a connector (1). The connector comprises an end (7) that is allowed to be introduced into interior of the neck of the bottle. A set of claws (8) is allowed to be positioned outside of the neck of the bottle, and allowed to cling to the bulge. A nut (3) clamps the claws on the neck so as to firmly hold the connector on the neck. A fixing unit i.e. tapped hole (13), is utilized to permit attachment of the connector to another device. An independent claim is also included for a board and board supporting device assembly.
