The module (5) has a support part (13) formed with openings (9). An adjusting element adjusts a section of the openings. The adjusting element comprises a circular diaphragm (10) that is provided with an iris (11). The diaphragm is placed on the support part and includes a series of movable strips (16) whose position enables regulating the section of the opening. A rotationally movable external ring (12) controls the position of strips. A driving element (15) is placed on the support part to rotate the external ring. The driving element cooperates with the external ring by friction. An independent claim is also included for a car.
