PURPOSE: A cell penetrating peptide is provided to be applied to human body without side effects, to diagnose various diseases, and to develop a reagent. CONSTITUTION: A cell penetrating peptide contains an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 or 5. A method for delivering a cargo into a cell comprises a step of contacting the cell penetrating peptide with a cell. A vector contains a nucleic acid encoding the cell penetrating peptide.
