The device has fixing elements i.e. hanging units, provided on a cap. A cushioning part (5) is molded into synthetic foam of a cushion of an automobile seat, and comprises a rear frame (20) that is made from a non-woven material (14). The rear frame is partially inserted into the cushioning part such that the cap is fixed on the cushioning part by connecting to the rear frame in non-woven of the fixing elements. The rear frame includes a core (12), which is made of plastic and projects to a rear surface (8) of the automobile seat.
