The method involves fitting a bearing (100) on a drive shaft (17). The bearing is equipped with an oil circuit (22), where oil (18) circulates in an inner side of the oil circuit. A non-return valve is placed upstream an oil tank according to flow direction of the oil in the inner side of the oil circuit. A flow (D) of the oil circulating in the inner side of the oil circuit is increased. Pressure (Ph) of the oil in an inlet (20) of the oil circuit is increased. The oil in the oil circuit is subjected to a cooling process. An independent claim is also included for a turbo compressor.
